Rental Application Process

1. Fill out an application (online only, no fee)
   1. Every adult fills out an application, 1 per adult. 
   2. The fee is paid online in the next step.

2. Each application receives an email with a link (each adult is required to have an email address).
   1. The link allows each applicant to agree to the background check and pay the fee.
   2. This includes a soft credit check, an eviction report, and a criminal background check.
   3. The $30 fee is paid online at this time with a credit card (each adult pays the fee, $30 per adult).

3. Each adult uses their email to sign the lease online (each adult is required to have an email address).

4. Use your email address with our online service to:
   1. enter your bank account information
   2. pay the security deposit
   3. begin paying the rent each month

Note: The service we use stores your bank account information. We do not have access to your bank account information. You can schedule regular monthly payments or pay rent manually each month
